Description:
1 tsp turmeric
powder
1 shallot,
coarsely grated
1 clove garlic ,
coarsely grated
Dash of vinegar,
red wine or white distilled
¼ cup Grape seed
oil
Juice of 1 lime,
Black pepper and
kosher salt to taste.
Chopped parsley
and crushed red pepper* (if you desire)
Combine all
ingredients in a small bowl except grape seed oil. Whisk grape seed oil in
slowly until oil and vinegar are well mixed.
