Eddie V's is one of the most extraordinary fish restaurants in the desert bar none. We first discovered this place 6 years ago and have been enchanted with it ever since. The crab cake is delectable with a bit of a kick. The parmeasan sole melts in your mouth. We forgave them for taking the lemon sole with lump crab off the menu, but if you ask nicely, they will make it for you. Happy hour has great martinis and people watching. Wildfish at the Scottsdale Waterfront is Eddie's younger, hipper cousin as an FYI.
